Oxford Chase announces four new projects

Oxford Chase Development has four projects we are currently working on. All have been approved by Dollar General and are in development or under construction. All are the 9,100 sf Build to Suit prototypes. The locations are Berlin, MD, Worton, MD and Upper Marlboro, MD all are in the development phase and Ocean Pines (Berlin), MD is under construction with a delivery date of the 2nd quarter of 2016.
