Oxford Chase Development is happy to announce the sale of a 12,480 SF Dollar General Plus recently opened in Seaford, Delaware. Closing took place on January 6, 2015 as Oxford Chase Development, Inc. the Seller and SIDDHILEE, LLC the Buyer. This Build to Suit Dollar General Plus, located at 701 N. Porter Street is a relocation of an in-line store located just west of the new location.
The new Dollar General will continue to carry the items that customers have come to depend upon, however with the larger format there will also be an expanded line of fresh and frozen grocery products due to the increase in coolers in the larger store.
Oxford Chase Development, Inc. has been an exclusive developer for Dollar General since 2010 when they built their first Build to Suit 9,100 SF store in Conowingo, Maryland.
Oxford Chase Development has a 9,100 SF store in Rock Hall, Maryland for sale as well as several others in the pipeline for approval and development.
