Oxford Chase Development, Inc., developers of retail properties announces today the launch of the new web site. The site more clearly describes the company business and services provided. Oxford Chase Development was formerly associated with Oxford Chase Retail a Commercial Brokerage Company. Oxford Chase Retail discontinued business so the principals can now focus on the primary service of retail commercial development. “Our roots are in corporate development. Both Howard Crossan and I began our real estate careers approximately 30 years ago. We worked as developers for national retail companies. It is what we are best at and have a passion for, our track record shows it” says John Camp, Principal and Vice President.
